Community Participation Services

Our team is fully trained through MyODP.org, meeting ODP and CMS standards for waiver-funded services under the Consolidated, Community Living, and Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS) Waivers. Accredited by the National Alliance of Direct Support Professionals (NADSP), we deliver high-quality, person-centered support to help clients thrive.

• Individual Support Plans (ISPs): Tailoring services to align with each client’s unique goals and preferences.
